4. Has a strong network construction and management capacity, marketing ablilty and good customer service awareness.

5. Agree and willing to implement Valspar's relevant market management policies,standard service treaties,settlement policy,advertising promotion plans.

6. Able to complete the sales quotas and other marketing objectives (such as retail network, construction targets, etc.) to maintain market share sustained and stable.
